The Rostra Bluetooth Handsfree device installation was fairly simple and straight forward. The product is easy to use. Play music, make/receive phone calls through speakers even when factory radio is turned off. At speeds 60 mph and below no complaints of road noise or sounding like I talking through a bucket.
Does not automatically “link up” with phone. A few complaints of not being able to hear me when utilizing the phone feature while on the interstate. Have to leave phone (Iphone 5C) on “silent” mode when you want to listen to radio, otherwise it will constantly interrupt the sound due to updates, emails, texts, etc.
Overall, the product is sound and works well. I would be interested in upgrading to a new Bluetooth hands-free system from the same company if some of the minor things (auto link up, leaving phone on silent) were fixed. It was an easy install and the one question I did have about the install, Rostra Technical Support was quick to help me and answered the question right away.
