Off-road authority, ExtremeTerrain (XT) has released a new video in their ongoing “Customer Builds” YouTube series. The episode highlights a lifted 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ outfitted for any off-road adventure. Hosted by XT’s Merideth Evasew, the episode is full of ideas and inspiration for Jeep enthusiasts on the hunt for their next upgrade. Viewers can head to ExtremeTerrain.com for a complete rundown of all the parts used in this build, additional images, as well as access to XT’s Jeep parts learning center.
Owner Juan Anchando built his rig for the trails. He chose a Rough Country 2″ lift for the extra clearance that was needed to accommodate his aggressive 33″ Mickey Thompson tires. Moving on to bumpers and armor, Juan continued his theme with the addition of Barricade Double Tubular rear bumper, Smittybilt front stinger bumper, Rugged Ridge rocker side panels, and Rugged Ridge Hurricane fender flares. They also talk about his lighting, hood louver kit and liner, and why he upgraded to a hard top. As the interview wraps up, Merideth finds out what is on Juan’s wish list when it comes to performance mods.
Off-road enthusiasts looking for an edge on the trails will want to watch XT’s latest “Customer Builds” video. For specifics on this 2005 Wrangler TJ, viewers can head to XT’s dedicated build page to see additional images, Juan’s comments, a complete parts list, and full product specs.
