The K&N Air Filter is well made and durable to ensure the lifetime use. Unlike the stock air filter that is made of a thicker paper material that easily clogs and reduces air flow. The basic use of this has absolutely no downside and only an upside.
I would relate the use of the K&N Air Filter performance to how a person who is having trouble breathing, and then all of a sudden their airway is cleared. My Jeep had been struggling for a couple weeks and I couldn’t figure out way the acceleration and performance had been an issue. After replacing the air filter with the new K&N air filter, I immediately felt and experienced a difference in the performance. My Jeep’s airway was cleared and the acceleration and drive was remarkably increased.
Week 2 of running K&N air filter – I have been running the filter now and watching and listening to my Jeep. The performance is still amazing, and I have gain ~1.1 MPG more to my output. Overall, I have been beyond thrilled with my $59 investment. I highly recommend this product.
