The KC HiLiTES Slimlites 6″ lights are a an easy add-on to your Jeep for the starter. The assembly is easy and the product is well constructed. KC HiLiTES provide great visibility for spot lighting. The installation is straight forward and takes about 4 hour to complete.
The only negative is the bolts that keep the lights in place tend to loosen on a regular basis even without trail rides and just road driving. Additionally, the plastic casing seemed to crack easily after a cold winter.
Overall, I would recommend this product as a starting point for those that can’t afford the LED light bars. KC is a proven brand and they are good about supporting their customers with issues.
